乙肝标志物定量检测指标与乙肝病毒DNA定量、ALT的关系

Correlation between hepatitis B markers quantification detection index, hepatitis B virus DNA quantification and ALT

目的探讨乙型肝炎(乙肝)标志物定量检测指标与乙肝病毒脱氧核糖核酸(HBV-DNA)定量、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的关系,为临床治疗乙肝提供参考。方法 185例门诊、住院及体检者,抽取静脉血,血液标本采用PCR-荧光探针法进行HBV-DNA含量测定,同时采用时间分辨荧光免疫测定法(TRFIA)及酶法进行两对半指标及ALT检测,对比分析检测结果。结果 185例乙肝患者的血液标本中,大三阳45例;小三阳111例;1,5阳性模式22例;1,2,3,5阳性模式2例;1,2,4,5模式5例;HBV-DNA检测阳性率为73.5%(136/185)。结论在乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs Ag)均为阳性的情况下,乙型肝炎e抗原(HBe Ag)阳性率与HBV-DNA定量及ALT有关,为临床制定合理的乙肝治疗方素提供了依据,有利于抑制乙肝病毒的传染。

Objective To investigate correlation between hepatitis B markers quantification detection index, hepatitis B virus desoxyribonucleic acid（HBV-DNA）quantification and alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, in order to provide reference for clinical hepatitis B treatment. Methods Venous blood of 185 outpatients, hospitalized patients and people in psychological examination were taken into HBV-DNA content determination by PCR-fluorescent probe method. Time resolved fluorescence immunoassay（TRFIA） and enzymic method were applied to detect hepatitis B five tests and ALT. Detection outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results In 185 blood samples of hepatitis B patients, there were 45 cases with big three positive, 111 case with small three positive, 22 cases with 1, 5 positive, 2 cases with 1, 2, 3, 5 positive, and 5 cases with 1, 2, 4, 5 positive. Positive rate of HBV-DNA detection was 73.5%（136/185）. Conclusion In the condition of positive hepatitis B surface antigen（HBs Ag）, positive rate of hepatitis B e antigen（HBe Ag） is positively correlated with HBV-DNA quantification and ALT. This method shows reference for clinical establishment of rational hepatitis B treatment, and it is helpful for hepatitis B inhibition.
