自拟中药方联合臭氧骶管注射在腰椎间盘突出症中治疗效果及安全性

Curative effect and safety by self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with sacral canal injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

目的探究自拟中药方联合臭氧骶管注射用于治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果及安全性。方法 93例腰椎间盘突出症患者,结合患者入院顺序的前后将其分为对照组(47例)和观察组(46例)。对照组患者采用传统封闭药物并口服双氯酚酸钠溶液治疗,观察组患者则采用臭氧骶管注射联合自拟中药方治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果和治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果观察组患者总有效率为91.30%,显著高于对照组的63.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药方联合臭氧骶管注射在腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,并且具备了安全、有效、经济、实用等优势,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety by self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription combined with sacral canal injection of ozone in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods A total of 93 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided by admission order into control group（47 cases） and observation group（46 cases）. The control group received traditional block drug and oral administration of diclofenac sodium solution for treatment, and the observation group received sacral canal injection of ozone combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription for treatment. Comparison was made on clinical effect and visual analogue scale（VAS） scores before and after treatment between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 91.30% than 63.83% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had lower VAS scores after treatment than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the observation group had obviously lower VAS score after treatment than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescription and sacral canal injection of ozone provides excellent curative effect in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and it contains advantages of safety, efficiency, low cost, and practical operation. This method is worth promoting in primary hospital.
