中医治疗阳虚体质月经不调女性临床观察

Clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Yang deficiency constitution and irregular menstruation

目的探讨中医治疗阳虚体质月经不调女性的临床效果。方法 95例阳虚体质月经不调患者,根据治疗方法不同分为中医治疗组(48例,采取中医治疗)和常规西医组(47例,采取常规西医治疗),对比两组的临床效果。结果中医治疗组患者的治疗总有效率95.8%明显高于常规西医组的74.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者月经周期天数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中医治疗组月经周期天数明显长于常规西医组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医治疗组患者的不良反应发生率6.25%明显低于常规西医组的25.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医治疗阳虚体质月经不调效果明显,是一种值得推广的治疗方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Yang deficiency constitution and irregular menstruation. Methods A total of 95 patients with Yang deficiency constitution and irregular menstruation were divided by different treatment methods into traditional Chinese medicine treatment group（48 cases, traditional Chinese medicine treatment）and conventional western medicine group（47 cases, conventional western medicine treatment）. Clinical effect was compared in two groups. Results The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.8% than 74.5% in conventional western medicine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in menstrual cycle days（P〈0.05）. After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine group had longer menstrual cycle days than conventional western medicine group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.25% than 25.53% in conventional western medicine group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine shows remarkable effect in treating Yang deficiency constitution and irregular menstruation, and it is a kind of treatment method worth popularizing.
