右美托咪定镇静对气道安全性的影响

Influence of Dexmedetomidine on the Safety of Airway

目的探讨采用右美托咪定(Dex)镇静对气道安全性的影响。方法选择50例成年志愿者(ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级)随机分成两组,分别用Dex与丙泊酚联合氟比洛酚酯进行镇静,在镇静深度BIS为65时做注水吞咽反射诱发实验,比较两组吞咽情况和不同时段RR、SpO2以及OAA/S评分。结果Dex组均有吞咽反射,与丙泊酚组相比差异有统计学意义,同时Dex组RR、SpO2、OAA/S评分与丙泊酚组相比差异有统计学意义。结论Dex清醒镇静气道保护性反射存在,反流误吸的风险小,用于清醒镇静技术较安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine（Dex）on the safety of airway. Methods 50 cases of adult volunteers（ASA I-II）were randomly divided into two groups which were used by Dex and propofol combined with flurbiprofen axetil for sedation and induced swallowing reflex by water injection when the depth of sedation BIS was 65,then compared swallowing function in the two groups as well as RR,SpO2 and OAA/S score at different time intervals. Results Swallowing reflex was existed in Dex group and there was significant difference with propofol group,while the RR,SpO2 and OAA/S scores in the Dex group were significantly different from those in the propofol group. Conclusion Protective swallowing reflex in Dex group was existed and the risk of reflux aspiration is low.So it is safer for conscious sedation.
