摘要
目的:开展巴戟天全球产地生态适宜性分析,为合理布局巴戟天的人工引种提供科学依据,实现巴戟天资源的保护和有效利用。方法:采用药用植物全球产地生态适宜性区划信息系统(GMPGIS)系统对搜集到的巴戟天Morinda officinalis How道地产区、主产区及野生分布区共100个样点进行生态因子的聚类分析,得到巴戟天全球范围的生态适宜区和潜在种植区。结果:巴戟天在世界范围的生态适宜产区为中国、越南、巴西、老挝和加纳等国家;巴戟天在中国的主要适宜产区为广东、福建、广西、海南等省区。结论:中国为巴戟天的最主要产区,应加强对巴戟天的人工种植研究。GMPGIS为巴戟天的人工种植区域选择提供科学指导。
Objective:Apply Global geographic information system for medicinal plant(GMPGIS)to predict global producing area of Morinda officinalis.Methods:Seven key factors,such as annual mean temperature,mean temperature of warmest quarter,mean temperature of coldest quarter,annual precipitation,annual mean radiation,annual mean relative humidity and soil type were used to get the ecological suitability area based on 100 distribution sites of Morinda officinalis.Results:In the end,we found that China,Vietnam,Brazil,Laos and Garner etc.are main countries having optimum producing areas for Morinda officinalis.Conclusion:China was the main producing area.Guangdong,Fujian,Guangxi,Hainan and other provinces were suitable for planting this TCM.We should pay attention to the research on the artificial cultivation of Morinda officinalis to provide scientific guidance for its planting.
