益气通痹汤对心肌梗死患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响

Effect of Yiqi Tongbi Decoction on Cardiac Function and Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

目的:探讨益气通痹汤对心肌梗死患者心功能及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将我科室2015年5月至10月收治的84例心肌梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组42例给予常规治疗,观察组42例在对照组的基础上给予益气通痹汤治疗,比较2组治疗前后的心功能、心肌再灌注损伤以及血管内皮功能的变化。结果:观察组治疗后的LVEF、E/A大于对照组,LVEDD小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CRP、CK、CK-MB均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的NO高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气通痹汤能够显著改善心肌梗死患者的心功能和血管内皮功能,减轻患者的再灌注损伤,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Tongbi decoction on cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with myocardial infarction.Methods：A total of 84 cases with myocardial infarction in our department from May 2015 to October were divided into two groups, with 42 in each.Cases in control group were given routine treatment and cases in the observation were given Yiqi Tongbi decoction based on routine treatment.Changes of cardiac function, myocardial reperfusion injury and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results：After treatment, LVEF and E/A of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, LVEDD was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Besides, CRP, CK, CK-MB of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.NO of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and ET-1 was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Yiqi Tongbi decoction can significantly improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function in patients with myocardial infarction, reduce the reperfusion injury of patients with less adverse reaction, which is worthy of being promoted.
