摘要
对弥散强化铜的锻造性进行了研究。针对预成形坯在锻造过程中出现的裂纹问题 ,研究了预成形坯的相对密度、高径比、锻造能量、变形时的应力状态对其锻造性的影响。通过研究表明 :使用合理的工艺参数能够对低塑性的弥散强化铜进行锻造加工 。
The forgeability of dispersion strengthened copper was studied.Focucing on the influence of relative density of preformed blank,forging energy,stress distribution,height/diameter ratio on the forgeability.It shows that dispersion strengthened copper can be forged with reasonale process parameters,and the workability of the material can be improved.
