摘要
目的:观察"通经调脏"法治疗代谢综合征胃肠实热证的临床疗效。方法:60例胃肠实热证代谢综合征患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。观察组给予中药代谢实证方联合低频脉冲电治疗,对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍口服治疗,治疗3个月后,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候疗效,检测治疗前后2组患者血糖、血脂等理化指标。结果:2组患者治疗后中医证候疗效比较:观察组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为63.3%,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1C均有明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组治疗后TG水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组TG变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组FPG比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),2h PG、Hb A1C、TG比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗后体质量、BMI、腰围较治疗前均有所下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通经调脏(中药联合低频脉冲电治疗)能够改善代谢综合征(胃肠实热证)临床症状,降低血糖、血脂水平。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongjing Tiaozang treatment on metabolic syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients of metabolic syndrome, were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases). Tongjing Tiaozang treatment:metabolic empirical formula combined with low frequency pulse electric therapy,was given to treatment group. Control group was treated with mefformin. During 3 months of treatment, observed the improving of physical and chemical examinations and clinical symptoms. Results: The total efficacy of Chinese medicine syndrome was 86. 7% in treatment group ,that was better than that of control group which was 63.3% (P 〈0. 05). Compared with treatment before, fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2 hours plasma glucose (2hPG), glycated hemoglobin ( HbA1c) were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) in each group. In the treatment group, triglyceride ( TG ) had significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ), but not in the control group( P 〉 0. 05 ). After treatment, significant difference exist in 2 hPG, HbA~ c and TG between the two groups(P 〈 0.01), but not in FPG (P 〉 0.05). The weight, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumfer- ence of the two groups were decreased, but there was no statistical difference (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Tongjing Tiao- zang treatment can improve clinical symptoms, regulated levels of blood glucose and lipid on metabolic syndrome patients with stomach -intestine excessive heat.
