硫辛酸对糖尿病心肌病患者心率变异性及心功能的影响 被引量:5

Effects of lipoic acid on heart rate variability and cardiac function in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的:探讨硫辛酸对糖尿病心肌病患者心率变异性及心功能的影响。方法:选取2014-08-2016-09在我院住院的糖尿病心肌病患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例。观察组在常规降糖及正规抗心力衰竭(心衰)药物基础上加用硫辛酸,对照组仅给予常规降糖及正规抗心衰药物,观察6周。比较两组间心率变异性指标、心功能指标及不良反应。结果:治疗前两组患者基线资料差异无统计学意义。治疗后观察组心率变异性较治疗前及对照组均明显增加(P<0.05);治疗后观察组及对照组心功能指标均改善,但观察组指标改善更明显,(P<0.05);观察组未发现与硫辛酸相关的不良反应。结论:硫辛酸可改善糖尿病心肌病患者心率变异性及心脏结构和功能,并可安全应用于临床。 Objective:To investigate the effects of lipoic acid on heart rate variability and cardiac function in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.Method:A total of 64 diabetic cardiomyopathy patients in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given lipoic acid on the basis of routine hypoglycemic and regular anti heart failure drugs,while patients in the control group were given routine hypoglycemic and regular anti heart failure drugs.All the patients were followed up for 6weeks.The heart rate variability indexes,cardiac function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference between baseline in the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the heart rate variability of the observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment and the control group(P0.05),the cardiac function indexes of the observation group and the control group were improved,but the change of the observation group was more obvious(P0.05).No adverse reactions associated with lipoic acid were found in the observation group.Conclusion:Lipoic acid can improve the heart rate variability and cardiac structure and function of diabetic cardiomyopathy,and can be safely used in clinical practice.
