代谢综合征对血小板功能的影响

Effect of metabolic syndrome on platelet function

急性心肌梗死是由于不稳定粥样斑块破溃,继而出血和管腔内血栓形成,使管腔闭塞所致。在这一过程中血小板发挥关键作用,而代谢综合征(MS)引发的心血管疾病已成为人类健康的杀手,引起学者的高度关注。目前已有多项研究报道血小板与心血管疾病的关系。本文就近5年国内外发表的有关MS各组分对血小板功能影响的研究作一综述。

Acute myocardial infarction is mainly caused by the instability of atherosclerotic plaque rupture,and bleeding,intraluminal thrombus formation and the lumen occlusion.Platelets play a key role in this process.Cardiovascular disease caused by metabolic syndrome（MS）has become a killer of human health,which attracted the attention among scholars.In this review,we summarize the effect of the components of MS on the function of platelet from the studies in 5years.
