不同治疗方式在胆管癌患者中的治疗效果及对患者生存质量的影响比较

目的 观察与比较不同治疗方式在胆管癌患者中的治疗效果及对患者生存质量的影响情况.方法 选取2012年1月至2014年9月期间收治的54例肝门部胆管癌患者为观察对象,将54例患者根据治疗方式的不同分为A组和B组,每组各27例.A组进行常规放射治疗,B组进行三维适形放疗治疗,然后将两组患者的1年及2年生存率、治疗前后的不适感情况、机体代谢状态指标、肿瘤标志物水平及生存质量评分进行分别统计与比较.结果 B组的1年、2年生存率高于A组,且B组治疗后的肿瘤标志物水平、不适感评估结果 、机体代谢状态指标及生存质量评分均显著优于A组,差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）.结论 三维适形放疗在胆管癌患者中的治疗效果较好,且对患者生存质量及其相关方面的状态也有积极的影响作用,因此临床应用价值更高.

Objective To observe and compare the influence situation of different treatment methods for the treatment effect and life quality of patients with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods 54 patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2014 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into group A and group B with 27 cases in each group according to the differences of treatment methods,the group A were treated with conventional radiotheraphy,the group B were treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,then the 1 year and 2 year survival rate,discomfort situation,body metabolic status indexes,tumor markers and life quality score before and after the treatment of two groups were respectively analyzed and compared. Results The 1 year and 2 year survival rates of observation group after the treatment were all higher than those of control group,all P〉0.05,while the tumor markers,discomfort evaluation results,body metabolic status indexes and life quality score of group B after the treatment were all significantly better than those of group A,all P〈0.05,the differences were all significant.Conclusion The treatment effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the patients with cholangiocarcinoma is better,and it has active influence role for the life quality and its related items of patients,so its clinical application value is higher.
