炭吸附法对破伤风患者治疗效果及康复的影响

目的 探讨炭吸附方法 对破伤风患者治疗效果及康复过程的影响.方法破伤风患者104例,随机分为对照组52例和观察组52例,对照组实施传统控制,观察组采用炭吸附法,比较两组患者治疗效果及康复过程的差异.结果 观察组疼痛评分为（1.9±0.6）分,低于对照组的（4.7±0.9）分（P〈0.05）;观察组状态焦虑量表（SAI）和特质焦虑量表（TAI）评分为（32.6±4.5）分和（32.7±6.3）分,明显低于对照组（55.8±6.4）分和（55.4±4.3）分（P〈0.05）.结论 炭吸附法治疗能有效清除破伤风患者血液中的破伤风毒素,降低其疼痛感及焦虑程度,有效提高了住院满意度和舒适度.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect in patients with tetanus carbon adsorption method and the influence of the rehabilitation process. Methods 104 cases patients with tetanus,52 cases were randomly divided into control group and intervention group of 52 cases,control group,the traditional control intervention group adopted carbon adsorption method,two groups of patients were compared with differences in treatment and rehabilitation process. Results Intervention group for pain score（1.9±0.6）,（4.7±0.9）points lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Intervention group status anxiety scale（SAI）and trait anxiety inventory（TAI）score of（32.6±4.5）and（32.7±6.3）, significantly lower than the control group（55.8±6.4）and（55.4±4.3）points（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Carbon adsorption treatment can effectively remove the tetanus toxin in blood of patients with tetanus,reduce the pain and anxiety levels,improve the satisfaction and comfort in hospital.
