安列克治疗子宫收缩乏力性出血的疗效观察

目的 观察安列克治疗子宫收缩乏力性出血的效果.方法 2016年1月至10月120例子宫收缩乏力产后出血患者,根据随机数字表将患者分为两组,每组各60例.对照组患者胎儿娩出后缩宫素20U肌肉注射＋米索前列醇400μg塞肛,观察组在对照组基础上于胎儿娩出后宫颈注射安列克250μg.观察两组患者用药后产妇产后出血率、不同时段出血情况、血红蛋白水平、两组不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组产妇产后出血率、术中、产后2h及24h出血量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组产妇术前及术后72h血红蛋白下降程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 安列克治疗子宫收缩乏力引起的产后出血,价格低廉,效果显著.

Objective To observe the effect of Anlieke treatment of uterine atony bleeding. Methods From January 2016 to October 2016, 120 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table,each group had a total of 60 cases. Patients in the control group after delivery of fetus oxytocin intramuscular injection of 20U ＋ 400μg misoprostol anus,the observation group in the control group on the basis of fetus cervical injection Anlieke 250μg. After two groups of patients with postpartum hemorrhage, postpartum hemorrhage,hemoglobin level,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups. Results The group of postpartum hemorrhage, intraoperative and postpartum hemorrhage,2h and 24h was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,the observation group preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin 72h was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,the two groups had no statistically significant difference in adverse effects（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Anlieke treatment of uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage has low cost and obvious effect.
