延续护理在妊娠期高血压患者产后的应用

目的 探讨延续护理在妊娠期高血压（HDCP）患者产后的应用效果.方法 选择2013年6月至2014年12月期间来产科分娩的156例妊娠期高血压产妇为观察对象,根据入院时间顺序采用单双号随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各78例.对照组采用产后常规护理,观察组采用产后延续护理,随访3个月,比较两组患者产后感染、产后并发症、母婴保健知识等相关指标.结果 观察组宫缩乏力等并发症发生率1.28%明显低于对照组8.97%（P〈0.05）;切口感染等产后感染发生率3.85%明显低于对照组12.83%（P〈0.05）;产妇母婴保健知识、婴儿护理知识、HDCP相关知识、生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 延续护理有助于减少妊娠期高血压患者产后并发症,提高产妇对母婴健康和妊高症疾病的认知程度,改善生活质量.

Objective To discuss the application effect of extended nursing on puerperal patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy（HDCP）. Methods 156 cases maternity with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from June 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group. Patients of control group were treated with routine nursing and those of observation group were treated with puerperal extended nursing. Patients of two groups were visited for 3 months and indicators like puerperal infection,puerperal complication, maternal and child health knowledge were compared. Results Occurrence rate of complications like uterine inertia of observation group was 1.28%, which was significantly lower than that of control group of 8.97%（P〈0.05）;occurrence rate of puerperal infections such as infection of incisional wound was 3.85%,which was significantly lower than that of control team of 12.83%（P〈0.05）;other indicators including maternal and child health knowledge,infant care knowledge,HDCP related knowledge,life quality score were significantly higher than those of control team（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Extended nursing improves not only to reducing the puerperal complications of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy,but also to enhancing maternal patients＆#39; cognitive degree of maternal and child health as well as pregnancy-induced hypertension so as to help to improve their life quality.
