PICCO在内科危重患者中的监测及护理

目的 总结脉波轮廓温度稀释连续心排血量监测技术（PICCO）在内科危重患者中的监测及护理.方法 在内科危重患者中运用PICCO容量、肺水和心肌收缩力等血流动力学参数监测危重患者31例,加强病情观察和护理,应用监测值指导液体管理、合理用药.结果 经救治和护理,6例治愈出院,22例好转转他科继续治疗,2例因经济原因自动出院,1例因多脏器功能衰竭死亡.无意外拔管、导管堵塞及感染病例的发生.结论 使用PICCO进行血流动力学监测,指导临床用药,并加强相关护理,对内科危重患者提高抢救成功率、减少并发症发生具有重要意义.

Objective To summarize the monitoring and nursing of pulse indicator continuous cardiac output（PICCO）in critical patients. Methods 31 critical patients were collected and monitored with the volume,pulmonary water and myocardial contractility by PICCO. The patients were treated with monitoring and nursing. The monitoring result was used to guide the liquid management and rational use. Results 6 cases were cured and discharged,22 cases were turned to other subjects continue to treat,2 cases were discharged for economic reasons,1 case was died due to multiple organ failure. No unintentional extubation,catheter occlusion and the incidence of infection occurred. Conclusion The use of PICCO for hemodynamics monitoring can guide clinical medication,and it can improve the success rate of rescue and reduce the incidence of complications if there are strengthened relevant nursing on critical patients
