摘要
如今信息技术高速发展,伴随着经济时代的到来,现代组织在生产管理的各个方面、每个人的工作与生活都发生了一定的变革,使得具有较高学习能力的组织和个人成为当今时代的大赢家。在这种严峻情况下,能力才是掌握全局的关键,组织和其中成员只有具有学习的意识,不断进行相关知识的扩充,充实自己的价值,提升自己的能力,才能在如此严酷多变的时代中占有一席之地。本文在学习型组织和人力资源开发理论的基础上,讨论了在高校这一学习型组织中进行人力资源开发所存在的问题与不足,并运用相关知识对所提问题提出解决策略。
With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,and the rapid development of information technology,modern organizations in the production and management activities,as well as everyone's work and life have a fundamental change,making organizations and individuals that are good at learning become the big winners of this era. In this severe situation,ability is the key to get the big picture. Only the organization and its members try to learn consciously,expand the relevant knowledge to enrich their own value and enhance their ability,can they have a place in such a harsh and changing times. Based on the theories of learning organization and human resource development,this paper discusses the problems existed in human resource development in the university such a learning organization,and puts forward solution strategy by using the relevant theoretical knowledge.
