摘要 我国地方高校承载着我国主要的高等教育任务,但因受到地理位置局限和办学条件限制,在发展过程中面临许多困难。人才资源是高校发展的核心资源,也是学校事业获得持续发展的重要因素,建设一支高层次和高质量的人才队伍是高校在激烈的竞争中得以生存和发展的重要保障。做好高层次人才的引进和管理,不仅能促进学校的教学科研水平,提高学校服务地方的能力,还很大程度地保障了学校的创新与发展。 local colleges and universities in China bearthe main task of Chinese higher education. However,limited by geographical location limitations and educational condition,those local universities are facing many difficulties in the process of development. Talent resource is the core of the development of colleges and universities. It is also an important factor for thesustainable development of the school. Therefore,constructing high level and high quality talent team is important guarantee for the survival and development of school in the fierce competition. Effective introduction and management of high-level personnelwill promote the school's teaching and research level,improve the ability to service local government. What's more,it will greatly ensure the innovation and development of the school.
