主成分分析法在学习自我效能评价中的应用

摘要 学习自我效能是影响学生学习效果的重要因素,对学生学习和就业有着重要的影响。本研究利用主成分分析法,得出学习自我效能评价的3个维度,包括学习能力自我肯定、学习方法自我肯定和学习过程自我挑战。计算评价模型中各评价指标的权重,并且依据指标权重及平均分的高低绘制象限图。通过对各指标所处的象限采取不同的政策,以期为提高教育工作者在管理和提高学生学习自我效能的相关实践中提供指引和帮助。 Academic self-efficacy is an important factor for students' learning outcomes,which has important impact on students' learning and their future employment. In this study,three dimensions of learning self-efficacy evaluation are concluded including self-affirmation of learning ability,self-affirmation of learning method and self-challenge of learning process through principal component analysis. We calculate the weight of each evaluation index in this model and draw the quadrant according to the weight and average of the index. Though different policies on the indexwhich located at different quadrants,we expect it can offer some guidance and assistance to educators on the management and improvement of students' learning self-efficacy.
