摘要
针对近期研究的建筑物理环境内容,对济南市某住宅小区的规划设计,运用流体力学软件PHOENICS进行模拟分析。结合绿色建筑相关技术标准对小区风环境进行分析评价,并对原设计中风环境所存在的问题进行改进和优化,给小区规划设计提供一定的技术参考。
In view of the recent research of the physical environment of the building,the fluid dynamics so ftw are PH O ENIC S is ap p lied to simulate and analyze the p lanning and design o f a residential district in Jinan C ity. The residential w ind enviro nment is analyzed and evaluated co mb ining w ith the related technical standards o f green b uilding,and existing p ro b lems o f the o riginal design in the stro ke enviro nment are imp ro ved and o p timized,p ro viding a certain technical reference to the district p lanning and design.
