当前乡土文化建设的核心问题是社会主义核心价值观的培育与践行问题。社会主义核心价值观要扎根乡村必须融入乡土文化建设。基于社会主义核心价值观视域审视当前乡土文化建设,"内忧"和"外患"问题日益凸显,用社会主义核心价值观引领乡土文化建设成为亟需思考的现实课题。要遵循"批判性继承"、"创造性转化"、"创新性发展"的原则,按照社会主义核心价值观的本质要求,引领乡土物质文化、乡土制度文化、乡土行为文化、乡土精神文化的健康发展,使它们成为培育社会主义核心价值观的有益资源和有效载体,实现培育社会主义核心价值观与乡土文化建设的有机统一。

The key to the construction of rural culture is to cultivate and practice the core socialist values. The core socialist values must be rooted in the rural areas and be integrated into the construction of rural culture. Examining from the perspective of core socialist values, we may find ＂intemal＂ and ＂external＂ problems in the current rural cultural construction, which presents an urgent need for the core socialist values to lead the rural cultural construction. According to the core socialist values, we should follow the principles of ＂critical inheritance＂, ＂creative transformation＂ and ＂creative development＂ so as to ensure the healthy development of material and spiritual culture, and improve system construction in rural areas. In this way, the rural areas may become the supportive resources and effective carrier of the core socialist values cultivation, and hence the unity of the core socialist values cultivation and rural culture construction.
