抽油机井参数调整的技术应用

Application of Parameter Adjustment in Pumping Well

随着油田开采程度的加深,尤其针对抽油机井参数调整变化频繁的特点,采用边际成本、盈亏平衡原理以及石油工程相结合的方法,分析研究得出:抽油机参数调大油井,在不同油价、不同投入产出比下有效期内累计增油经济开采界限;参数调小井,在不同油价下有效期内累计降油经济开采界限;以及改捞油井,在不同油价下的临界经济产量。通过相应的调参措施,取得较好的经济效益。最终达到降低生产成本、提高投入产出比的目的,为油田经济开采提供了有效依据。

With the deepening of oilfield exploitation,especially in view of the parameter adjustment of pumping well changing frequently,the marginal cost,the profit and loss balance principle and method of petroleum engineering are combined to analyze and get the results：for the pumping well with parameters being enlarged,under different prices,different input-output ratio within the validity period of cumulative oil economic production limits;for the pumping well with parameters being shrinked,under different oil prices within the cumulative drop of oil exploitation and economic limits;the critical economic output of oil well under different prices.By adjusting the pump well parameters,relatively good economic benefit is got.Eventually,the goal of production cost reduction and improvement of input-output ratio is achieved.This study can provide effective reference to the oilfield exploration.
