摘要 TYPL系列螺杆泵驱动系统采用低速大转矩永磁变频同步电动机直接驱动螺杆泵采油系统,将抽油杆、油负荷的承重及其密封与电动机结构一体化设计,简化了原螺杆泵抽油系统的机械结构,取代了传统的机械式螺杆泵地面驱动部分。由永磁变频控制系统进行转速控制,可根据现场状况调节转速,使系统工作在最佳状态。对TYPL系列螺杆泵驱动系统室内测试效果和现场应用效果进行了分析,得出了TYPL系列螺杆泵驱动系统性能指标均能达到标准要求,同时节电效果明显的结论。 TYPL drive system adopts low speed,high torque permanent magnet frequency conversion synchronous motor,and it direct drives progressive cavity pump.By integrating design of sucker rod,bearing of oil load,seal and motor structure,the mechanical structure of primary progressive cavity pumping unit is simplified and the driving part of the traditional mechanical progressive cavity pump on the ground is replaced.Speed control is carried out by permanent magnet frequency conversion control system.The speed can be adjusted according to the scene condition to make the system work best.The system has the functions of speed,torque and current display,which provides a basis for fault analysis.TYPL screw pump drive system indoor test result and the field application effect is analyzed in this paper.TYPL series screw pump drive system performance indexes can meet the standard requirements,and power saving effect is obvious.
