摘要 通过实地检测多家加工高酸海洋原油炼油装置的加热炉运行状况,针对影响加热炉效率的主要因素及存在的问题,对加热炉节能检测工作的完整性进行了探讨。对比分析加热炉检测数据,包括加热炉温度控制、氧含量控制、不完全燃烧状况、散热损失情况、压差状况等数据对加热炉效率的影响,指出提高加热炉热效率的有效途径,为企业加热炉的节能优化工作提供了具有可操作性的依据。 By field observation of the heating furnace operation condition of a number of marine high-tan crude oil refinery units,the main factors influencing the efficiency of the heating furnace and the existing problems are analyzed,also,the integrity of the furnace energy-saving detection are discussed.We compared and analyzed the observation data of heating furnace,including temperature control of heating furnace,control of oxygen content,incomplete combustion condition,heat loss and pressure difference on the efficiency of heating furnace.The effective way to improve the thermal efficiency of heating furnace was pointed out.It provides a practical basis for energy saving optimization of heating furnace.
