摘要
学前教育作为我国教育变革发展的重点,实现普惠性学前教育是时代变革发展的要求,也是教育公平发展的重要体现。但在具体实施过程中,仍存在城乡发展的两极性、教育体制不健全、政策执行能力有待提升等问题。因此,急需通过扩大教育资源促进城乡学前教育均衡发展,进一步明确价值观念,提升普惠性政策的执行能力,同时调整结构,建立健全学前教育体制,以促进普惠性学前教育健康发展。
Pre-school education as the focus of China's educational reform and development,to achieve Prudential pre-school education is the development of the times demand. In the process of concrete implementation,there still exist the bipolarity of urban and rural development,the educational development system is not yet mature,the policy implementation ability needs to be improved and so on. Herefore,the urgent need to expand the educational resources to promote the balanced development of preschool education in urban and rural areas,to further clarify the concept of value,promoting inclusive policy implementation capacity,structural adjustment at the same time,establish and improve the system of pre-school education,to promote the healthy development of inclusive preschool education.
