论黄炎培“大职业教育主义”理论对当今职业教育的启示

On the Theory of Great Vocational Educationism of Huang Yanpei and Its Enlightenment on the Contemporary Vocational Education

我国职业教育先驱黄炎培"大职业教育主义"理论具有独特的思想基础与形成历程。黄炎培"大职业教育主义"理论的要点主要包括办学社会化、课程面向社会需要、主动与职业界联络等内容。对现代职业教育的启示主要有:支持职业教育面向社会自主办学,摒弃"贵劳心、贱劳力"观念,赋予职业教育公平地位,坚持"做学合一",实现由数量向质量转变。

The paper studies the formation and history of Huang Yanpei,a Chinese vocational education pioneer,and hist theory of Great Vocational Educationism,systematically researches the practical effect of Great Vocational Educationism,and sums up the theoretical point of Great Vocational Educationism,i. e.,socialization of school running,social needs oriented curriculum,active connection with the professionals. Finally,the paper puts forward its enlightenment to contemporary vocational education： complying with the integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to support vocational schools running dependently and facing to social needs; abandoning the concept of Precious Mind Work and Disparaging Physical Work and providing the equality status of vocational education; insisting on the integration of learning and doing and realizing the transformation from quantity to quality.
