基于职业技能与职业精神融合的高职院校德育校本课程开发 被引量:3

School-based Curriculum Development of Moral Education in Vocational Colleges Based on the Combination of Professional Skills and Spirit

摘要 学生职业技能与职业精神的高度融合是现代职业教育立德树人的根本任务之一。当前我国高等职业院校德育课程中存在职业技能的培养与职业精神的养成相隔离、教学方式单一、教师教学能力不强、考评标准不科学等问题。基于这些问题,提出了职业技能与职业精神融合的高等职业院校德育校本课程开发的路径,即正确理解职业技能和职业精神融合的内涵、准确把握高职学生的心理特点、确定融合目标、合理设计内容等,以期能丰富职业教育德育课程理论,并为高等职业院校德育校本课程开发提供参考。 A high degree of integration of students professional skills and spirit is one of the basic tasks of modern vocational education to strengthen morality education. By an analysis of current status of the integration of professional skills and spirit in school-based curriculum of moral education for vocational colleges,the paper finds that there has been some problems such as separated cultivation of professional skills and spirit,simple teaching methods,poor teaching ability of teachers,unscientific standards of evaluation and so on. Therefore,the paper puts forward the development paths of school-based curriculum of moral education in vocational colleges based on the combination of professional skills and spirit,i. e. correct understanding of the meaning of integration of professional skills and spirit,grasping exactly the mental characters of students of vocational colleges,determining the objectives of integration,designing the content reasonably and so on,in order to enrich the theory of moral educational curriculum in vocational education,and provide reference for the practice of school-based curriculum development in vocational colleges.
