摘要
利用飞行磨系统测定了阔胫玛绢金龟成虫在3个温度环境下的飞行能力,了解其在自然界中的扩散能力,为制定相应的防治措施提供依据.试验环境条件为RH 75%,设置24、26、28℃3个温度,黑暗环境.吊飞连续进行22 h,飞行过程中不补充食物和水分.结果显示:阔胫玛绢金龟在24℃时飞行能力最强,平均飞行时间为6 967.00 s,平均飞行距离为4 481.25 m,平均飞行速度为0.72 m/s.
The 26-channeled insect flight-mill system was used to measure the flight capacity of Maladera verticalis in a closed environment with relative humidity RH 75% in dark condition,under 3 different temperature condition,24 ℃,26 ℃,and 28 ℃.The scarab beetle was hung under the arm of each flight mill for 22 h with no food and water supply during the experimental period.The result showed that this scarab beetle had the strongest flight capacity at 24 ℃.During the set of 22 h duration,could fly 4 481.25 m,and the flight duration was 6 967.00 s with the flight velocity as0.72 m/s in average,which was beneficial to rebuilt a more accurate technique in the large-scale integrated pest management tactics for M. verticalis in forestry.
