摘要
文中提出了利用电能路由器隔离高压侧和低压侧电能质量扰动的传播,进而治理配电网电能质量问题的方法。首先给出了基于电力电子变压器的电能路由器主电路拓扑结构,分析了其工作原理并设计了面向有源配电网的电能路由器并网控制策略。其次分别设计了抑制电能路由器高压侧电压畸变向低压侧传播,以及低压侧负载突变与谐波对高压侧影响的控制策略。最后通过PSCAD仿真验证了所提出方法的正确性和有效性。结果表明,所提出的控制策略在保证电能路由器原有的能量分配传递,电压隔离变换功能的同时,可有效隔离高压侧和低压侧电能质量干扰的传播,为电能路由器的研究和实际应用提供了新的思路。
A method for isolating the spread of power quality disturbance between the high-voltage and low-voltage side and controlling power quality problems in distribution network based on power router is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the main circuit topology structure and working principle of power router based on power electronic transformer is presented, and the control strategy for accessing to active power distribution network is designed. Secondly, the control strategy to isolate the spread of voltage distortion from high voltage side to low voltage side as well as the spread of load mutation and harmonic from the low voltage side to the high voltage side is proposed. Finally, the correctness and validity of the presented method is verified by PSCAD simulation. The results show that the proposed control strategy not only can achieve the original energy distribution and voltage isolation transformation function perfectly, but also can effectively isolate the spread of power quality disturbance between the high voltage side and low voltage side, which provides new train of thoughts for the research and practical application of power router.
