摘要
CTS预付费电能表计量与传统和STS预付费电能表计量相比,是以货币值表示电能消费的信息系统,CTS更能促进消费者的节能意识,并能有效解决电量囤积问题,方便电价随着供求关系的变化经常调整,目前国外的应用量比较大。文章对CTS付费计量系统相关的国内外标准进行了对比分析,对CTS付费计量系统的通用实体模型进行了研究,并结合实际应用需要重点论述了CTS安全认证系统,包括安全框架、Token码的产生和使用过程、密钥生成、加解密方式、售电模式和密匙管理等方面。
Compared with the pre-payment metering of standard transfer system (STS) , the currency transfer system (CTS) considers currency as electrical energy consumption. Currency transfer system not only carl raise the energy saving consciousness of consumers, but also can solve the problem of power hoarding effectively. Therefore, the price of electricity can often vai7 with the supply and demand. Cun'ently, the currency transfer system is widely applied at abroad. Colnparison and atmlysis are conducted about the standards of CTS at home and abroad, and general entity model is researched. Combined with practical application, CTS safety certification system is emphasized, including security framework, the generation and application process of Token code, key generation, encryption and deeryption mode, electricity vending model and key management, etc.
