摘要
试验目的是探讨不同水平酵母培养物对保育仔猪生长性能和血液免疫指标的影响。选取120头28 d断奶仔猪,随机分成3个处理组:对照组、0.5%酵母培养物组、1%酵母培养物组。测定和计算试验第14 d和37 d仔猪的生长性能和血清生化指标。试验结果表明,0.5%和1%酵母培养物组显著提高了保育仔猪平均日增重,减少了平均日采食量,改善了料肉比。在试验第14 d,1%酵母培养物组显著提高了血液中总补体(CH50)和白介素2(IL-2)水平,极显著提高了红细胞水平,显著降低了内毒素(ET)水平;0.5%和1%酵母培养物组显著提高了血红蛋白水平;0.5%酵母培养物组显著降低了血小板水平。在试验第37 d,1%酵母培养物组极显著提高了红细胞、免疫球蛋白(Ig G)和IL-2水平,极显著降低了ET水平,显著提高了CH50水平;0.5%和1%酵母培养物组极显著提高了白细胞和淋巴细胞水平,极显著降低了血小板水平;0.5%酵母培养物组极显著提高了红细胞水平。以上结果表明,日粮中添加酵母培养物改善了保育仔猪的生长性能,添加量0.5%和1%酵母培养物的效果相当;酵母培养物提高了仔猪的免疫系统的应答能力,添加1%酵母培养物的免疫保护作用要好于添加0.5%。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of yeast cuhm'e (YC) at different doses on the growth perh^rmance and immunity index of weaning piglets. 120 weaning piglets (28 d old) were al- lotted to 3 treatments. The piglets were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with 0 (the control), 5 or 10 g YC/kg, respectively. The results showed that in the 0-14 d, 14-37 d and 0~37 d phase, piglets t〉d with 5 or 10 g YC/kg had better (P〈0.05) average daily gain. On the 14 d, 10 g YC/kg increased (P〈0.05) levels of CHS0 and interleukin-2 (IL-2), increased (P〈0.01) the level of red blood cell, and decreased(P〈0.05) the level of endotoxin (ET). Piglets fed with 5 or 10 g YC/kg had increased (P〈0.05) hemoglobin. Supplementation of 5 g YC/kg decreased (P〈0.05) blood platelet. On the 37 d, the level of red blood cell, IL-2 andlmmunoglobulin G (IgG) were higher (P〈0.01) in piglets that re- ceived 10 g YC/kg. Supplementation of 10 g YC/kg decreased (P〈0.01) ET lmel and increased (P〈 0.05) CH50 level. Piglets fed with 5 or 10 g YC/kg increased (P〈0.01) lymphocyte and white cell lev- els, and decreased (P〈0.01) blood platelet level. Supplementation of 5 g YC/kg increased (P〈0.01) the level of red blood cell. The results of this study indicated that dietary YC could improve growth perfor- manee of nursery piglets and increase the immunity response.
