摘要
试验选用出生重相近的AA肉仔鸡480只,公、母各半,随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复20只鸡,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮。试验Ⅰ组用60%的小麦替代AA肉鸡日粮中玉米,试验Ⅱ组在试验Ⅰ组的基础上添加0.1%的发酵木聚糖酶,试验期为49 d。试验分别检测了AA肉鸡的生产性能、屠宰性能、血液内分泌指标,以及肌生成抑制素(MSTN)基因的表达情况。结果显示:添加木聚糖酶可显著缓解小麦对AA肉鸡生产性能的负面影响,调节肉鸡激素水平和基因表达,提高经济效益。
A total of 480 AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates of per 20 repeated, the control group was fed with corn soybean basal diet. The group I replaced corn with 60% wheat, and group II added 0.1% xylanase to the diets of experiment I. The experiment lasted for 49 days. The production performance, carcass traits, endocrine, and the gene expression of Myo- statin (MSTN) of broilers were measured. The results showed that xylanase significantly reduced the negative effects on broilers by wheat diets, regulated the hormone level and gene expression, and re- duced the abdominal fat rate.
