不同形态饲料中添加壳寡糖对刺参生长和免疫的影响

摘要 试验以基础配方相同的粉状饲料和颗粒饲料饲喂初始体重为(2.41±0.01)g的刺参50 d。在基础饲料中添加0.50%的壳寡糖(chitosan-oligosaccharides,COS),配制3种试验饲料,分别为粉状料对照组、COS粉状料组和COS颗粒料组,研究壳寡糖对刺参生长性能和免疫的影响。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理组在生长性能上没有显著差异(P>0.05),其中,刺参末重由高到低的次序依次是:COS粉状料组>对照粉状料组>COS颗粒料组;COS颗粒料组的各项免疫指标均显著高于其他组别(P<0.05),COS粉状料组的各项免疫指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综合比较表明,壳寡糖粉状料更适合在养殖中推广,或者将壳寡糖颗粒饲料作为辅助补充应用于养殖中。 The present study was conducted to determine the effect of dietary chitasan oligosaccharide (COS) with different forms on the growth performance and immune response of sea cucumber. The ini- tial weight (2.41 ±0.01) g of sea cucumber was fed with the same powdered feed and pelleted feed. 0.50% COS were added to the basal diet. Prepare three kinds of experimental diets: the powder con- trol group, COS powder group and COS pellet group. The results of 50 days feeding showed that com- pared with the control group, the COS had no significant effect on growth performance(P〉0.05), the or- der of the end weight from high to low was: COS powder group〉 control powder group〉 COS pellet group. The immunological indexes of COS pellet group were significantly higher than those of other groups(P〈0.05). The immune indexes of COS powder group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). These results suggested that COS powder diet was more suitable for breeding, or COS pellet feed can be used as an auxiliary supplement in the culture.
