摘要
搜集多个国内外大型河口挡潮闸工程实例,对河口挡潮闸工程效益、相关影响及对策措施进行分析和总结。主要结论有:建闸的工程效益包括防洪挡潮、水资源利用、改善城市水景观、提升城市水文化和推动城市转型发展,也存在一些负面影响,如:闸下潮波变形,易造成闸下淤积;闸上水体流动性减弱,若治污手段不力,水质将加速恶化;阻隔了河道生态通道,对洄游鱼类等产生较大影响;闸门关闭时会隔断航道,影响通航。
Typical cases of estuarine tidal gates both home and abroad are collected in order to evaluate and summarize benefits and impact of these projects and propose measures. It is concluded that estuarine tidal gates has benefits of tide prevention and flood control, water resources utilization, improvement of urban water landscape, enrichment of cultural dimension of cities and transformation of city development. It also has negative impacts of deformation of tidal wave, sedimentation, slowing down of water flow and degradation of water quality if no pollution control measures are adopted. It may have influence on migration fishes due to the block of ecological oath of river channel. In addition, navigation may be interrupted when the gate is closed.
