热电厂海水冷却塔耐久性修复设计

摘要 某热电厂海水冷却塔在运行6年后,保护涂层失效剥落,混凝土内钢筋遭受腐蚀。根据不同的破损情况,提出相应的修补措施。对环氧类涂层、环氧玻璃鳞片类涂层和纳米无溶剂重防腐涂层在海水冷却塔上的适用性进行验证,并针对不同区域提出相应的涂层配套方案。 After six years of operation, the protective coatings of a seawater cooling tower in a thermal power plant failed due to exfoliation and the steel reinforcements in concretes suffered from corrosion. The methods for repairing the concretes with different damage types were proposed. The applicability of epoxy coating, glass flake/epoxy coating and solvent-free nanometer heavy-duty anticorrosion coating for using in seawater cooling tower was verified by tests. The suitable coating systems for different zones of seawater cooling tower were recommended.
