摘要 DCS控制系统是发电厂重要的组成部分,对电厂正常运行具有十分重要的作用。随着DCS控制系统应用年限的增加,硬件会加速老化,故障率会明显提升,进而导致设备发生异常,会产生系统性风险,影响发电机组的安全稳定运行。因此电厂在运行过程中应当做好DCS控制系统硬件老化治理的相关工作,避免由此对发电厂设备运行造成不利的影响。本文结合火力发电厂实例对DCS控制系统硬件老化可靠性治理的有关内容进行分析,以供参考。 The Distributed Control System(DCS) is an important part of the power plant and is very vital for the normal operation of the plant. Along with the increasing service life period of DCS, the DCS hardwares will accelerate aging, the failure rates wilt obviously increase, and then the equipments will be abnormal, which will cause the systemic risk and affect safety and stable operation of the generator set. Therefore, it is necessary to do well in hardware aging management to avoid the adverse effects on the plant's equipments during the operation of the plant. Combined with the example of coal- fired power plant ,this paper will analyze the relevant content of DCS hardwares aging reliability management for reference.
