摘要
目的通过分析4例行64排SCT扫描并手术病理证实的硬膜下骨瘤的CT表现,探讨其CT表现特点。方法采用Philips 64排SCT扫描机,行常规颅脑CT定位扫描、平扫,其中1例行增强扫描。平扫完成后薄层重建全部图像,重建后薄层数据传至工作站进行MPR图像重建。结果病变均发生在左侧额叶凸面,位于额骨内板下方,与正常颅骨内板间有条形透亮间隙,不进入脑沟,不跨中线,额叶脑组织轻度受压。其中3例较大病变呈沿硬脑膜形态分布的波浪状骨性密度影,内部呈典型的粗大骨小梁结构,周缘有线样骨皮质包绕;1例病变较小,病变呈典型长骨样表现,周边为骨皮质,中心为骨髓腔。手术及病理均证实为左侧额部硬膜下骨瘤。结论硬膜下骨瘤特征性CT表现为额骨内板下方典型的骨样结构,与正常颅骨内板有透亮间隙相隔,不进入脑沟。MSCT薄层MPR重建后显示效果好。
Objective To explore the characteristic CT performance of subdural osteoma by analyzing the CT performance of 4 cases with subdural osteoma confirmed by 64-slice SCT and pathology.Methods We used PHILIPS 64-DCT scanners, including brain CT plain scanning and enhanced scanning.Thin-layer reconstruction of all images was completed.Results All cases occurred in the left frontal convexity lesions.There was a bar translucent space between lesions and the normal skull.The lesions did not enter the brain groove and crossed the midline.3 cases presented with larger lesions distribute along dural and wave-like shape.Lesions showed bone density with typical cancellous bone structure and peripheral cortical bone surrounding the cable.1 case presented with smaller lesions that showed the typical long bone-like performance.Surgery and pathology had confirmed the left frontal subdural osteoma.Conclusion The characteristic CT findings of subdural osteoma show the left frontal a typical bone-like structure.There is a bar translucent space between lesions and the normal skull.The lesions do not enter the brain groove and cross the midline.MPR reconstruction of MSCT displays good for subdural osteoma.
