摘要
目的应用超声剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术检测肝豆状核变性(HLD)患者肝纤维化程度,探讨其临床应用价值。方法使用SWE技术测量45例HLD单纯肝型、39例HLD肝脑型患者,得到肝组织的杨氏模量,即硬度数据,同时检测其血清HA、PCⅢ值,以49例正常人为对照组,用统计学方法对所得参数进行分析。结果正常对照组、肝型组、肝脑型组之间杨氏模量均值Emean、最大值Emax、HA、PCIII均依次增加(P均<0.05)。杨氏模量Emean与HA、PCⅢ呈正相关(r=0.526,0.495,P<0.05)。结论 SWE技术可量化肝纤维化程度,为临床提供客观诊疗依据。
Objective To assess the value of ultrasonic shear wave elasticity imaging (SWE) in detecting the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with HLD.Methods By the means of SWE technique, we detected the elastic modulus of liver tissue in 45 patients with HLD liver-type, 39 patients with HLD liver and brain-type, which were compared with in 49 healthy control.Results Emean, Emax, HA, PCIII were increased in 3 groups(both P 〈0.05).Emean was positively correlated with HA and PCIII (r=0.526,0.495, P〈0.05).Conclusion SWE technology can quantify the severity of liver fibrosis, contribute to the patient's treatment and prognosis.
