摘要 肺癌严重威胁人们的生命健康,在中国,肺癌预计在未来几十年内都呈增长态势,动态增强磁共振(dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging,DCE-MRI)的各种动力学参数、曲线能间接反映肿瘤血供和肿瘤血管表面渗透性,在指导肺癌个体化治疗,评价疗效方面有独特优势,本文对动态增强磁共振在非小细胞肺癌疗效评估中的应用和进展进行综述。 Lung cancer seriously threatens the people's life and health.In China, pulmonary cancer is increasly growing in the future decades.Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) can indirectly reflect the tumor blood supply and vascular permeability surface with various kinetic parameters and curve.In the guidance of the individualized treatment and curvative effect evaluation of lung cancer, it shows unique advantages.The paper mainly focuses on DCE-MRI in the evaluation of radiotherapy chemotherapy efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer.
