摘要
分子探针是一种已知特异性的分子,在与生物靶分子结合以后,其带有的标记物可供反应后检测,从而反映出靶分子或其所在结构单元的各种信息。通过详细综述几种常见的分子探针,并且与其他类型的探针进行比较与区分,认为分子探针能够克服传统细菌计数法的缺点,可以对不同类型的细菌进行计数,具有快速、适用对象广泛的特点。但是,还需要开展进一步的工作,形成统一的判断标准和方法标准,并提高抗干扰性,以推动分子探针在细菌检测技术中的广泛应用。
Molecular probes are a kind of molecules that can specifically be combined with bio-targeted molecules. The markers of the probes can be detected after the reaction, thus reflecting the information of the targeted molecules or the structures including the molecules. In this paper, several molecular probes are further described in detail and compared with other kinds of probes. It is concluded that molecular probes can overcome the deficiencies of traditional bacterial counting methods, and different types of bacteria can be counted in a rapid manner. Molecular probes can be applicable to a wide range of objects. On the other hand, further work needs to be (lone to unify the identification standard of judgment and method, so as to improve the anti-interference of the method, thus promoting the application of molecular probes in bacteria detection.
