新史料的发现与辉县近代行政司法研究的深化

The Discovery of New Historical Data and the Deepening of Modern Administrative Judicial Research in Huixian

较之于近代中国其他县市,学界对辉县行政司法的研究严重不足。此中缘由,主要受制于新史料的发掘匮乏和应用缺失。目前,有关近代辉县的新资料主要集中在文化教育、经济军事、资源环境等几个方面。随着上述及之外的相关资料的大量发现与利用,近代辉县的研究一定会更上台阶,益趋深化。

Compared with other counties and cities in modern China, there is a serious shortage of academic study of Huixian administrative justice. It was mainly limited by the lack of new historical materials and the loss of usage. At present, the new information about modem Huixian mainly concentrated in culture and education, economy, militar- y, resources, environment and other aspects. With the discovery and usage of the relevant materials, the research of modem Huixian County must be deepened.
