China modem newspaper was founded in the late Qing Dynasty,it was closely linked to the development of social and political movement at that time, and had a satirical and humorous temperament of news cartoon with the emergence of these newspapers. News cartoon reflects the profound thoughts of modem Chinese intellectuals. It was not only the enlightenment to the public, but to the feudal society and silent criticism of imperialism.
