摘要
目的采用植物油稀释法和β-环糊精包埋法对大蒜素进行脱臭,检验两种方法的脱臭效果。通过探究脱臭大蒜素对变异链球菌的抑制作用,为脱臭大蒜素应用于口腔漱口水、口腔医生洗手液等口腔领域提供理论依据。方法将大蒜素按比例加入植物油中,萃取得脱臭原液1;将大蒜素用β-环糊精包埋后得脱臭原液2。控制变量,采用菌落计数法比较两种脱臭大蒜素对变异链球菌的抑制作用。结果经植物油稀释的大蒜素和用β-环糊精包埋的大蒜素均有抑菌效果。在实验浓度范围内(0.0011至0.0055mg·m L-1),β-环糊精包埋的大蒜素对变异链球菌的抑菌率均保持在约95%的水平,且抑菌率与浓度不成明显相关;利用植物油稀释所得的大蒜素对变异链球菌抑菌效果相对较差,且抑菌率与浓度成正相关。(除一组数据P<0.01外,其余各实验组与对照组比较P<0.0001)。结论两种脱臭大蒜素对变异链球菌均有抑制作用,可进一步探究其在口腔领域应用的价值。
OBJECTIVE Vegetable oil dilution method and 13-cyclodextrin embedding method were used to de- odorize allicin. The effects of deodorization of allicin and the effects of deodorant allicin on S. mutans, were tested. The results provide theoretical basis that deodorant allicin applies in oral mouthwash, dentist hygiene and other o- ral areas. METHODS Allicin was added to vegetable oil,extracted to deodorization concentrate 1 ;allicin embed by 13-cyclodextrin came to deodorization concentrate 2. Controling variables, the colony-counting method was used to compare the effects of two kinds of deodorant allicin on S. mutans. RESULTS Allicin diluted by vegetable oil and allicin embed by β-cyclodextrin both had bacteriostasis effects. In the experimental concentration range (0. 0011 to 0. 0055mg·mL^-1 ), bacteriostasis rate of allicin embed by β-cyclodextrin on S. mutans, remained at about 95 %, and the antibacterial rate was not obviously related with the concentration ; bacteriostasis effect of allicin diluted by vegetable oil on S. mutans, was relatively poor, and the bacteriostasis rate was positively related with the concentration. ( With the exception of a set of data P 〈0. 01 ,the rest of the experimental groups P 〈0. 0001 ,compared with control group). CONCLUSION The experiment shows that two kinds of deodorant allicin both have inhibitory effects on S. mutans, further to explore the value of its application in oral areas.
