养血注射液血管刺激性试验

Vascular Irritation of Yangxue Injection

目的观察养血注射液的安全性。方法对家兔耳缘静脉注射,观察养血注射液对家兔血管的刺激性,并做病理切片。结果给药组耳缘静脉血管纹路清晰、血管周围组织局部出现轻微红肿现象,但整体与正常耳基本一致,病理检查结果显示,血管周围局部出现轻微水肿现象,与肉眼观察结果一致。结论养血注射液安全性较好。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety of Yangxue Injection. METHODS Investigating the irritation of rabbit ear vein by injecting Yangxue Injection into rabbit ear vein. Histopathological examination was carried out at the same time. RESULTS The perivascular tissue of treatment group was local edema hy visual inspection, and the resuh of biopsy on vein showed that perivascular tissue was local edema. It reflected that the treatment group was as basic consistency as normal group. CONCLUSION The safety of Yangxue Injection was well.
