新疆哈药金雀花总黄酮提取物抗氧化及对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性研究 被引量:1

Antioxidative Activity and α-glucosidase Inhibitory Activity of Total Flavonoids Extract from Xinjiang Hayao Caragana Sinica

摘要 目的观察金雀花总黄酮提取物的抗氧化及对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。方法以芦丁为对照品,采用NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3显色法测定金雀花中总黄酮的含量,并初步研究了总黄酮清除DPPH自由基、OH自由基的能力以及对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。结果实验结果表明金雀花中总黄酮的平均含量为1.073mg·g-1。当样品浓度为3.5mg·m L-1时,其对DPPH自由基和OH自由基清除率分别高达85.80%和69.06%。当样品浓度为2.8mg·m L-1时,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制率仅为23.09%。在测试浓度范围内,样品对DPPH自由基和OH自由基的清除能力较强,而对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用较弱。结论该研究结果为金雀花药用价值的研究提供一定的实验数据。 OBJECTIVE To observe the antioxidative activity and α-glucosidase activity of total flavonoids ex- tract from Caragana Sinica. METHODS The total flavonoids in Caragana sinica was determinated used rutin as comparison by NaNO2-Al( NO3 )3 colorimetry. DPPH and OH radical scavenging activity and the inhibitory activity a- gainst α-glucosidase of total flavonoids extract from Caragana sinica were also evaluated. RESULTS The results showed that the average content of total flavonoids in Caragana sinica was 1. 073mg·g^-1. Flavonoids content of the sample was 3.5mg·mL^-1 ,with DPPH radical scavenging rate of 85.80% and with hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of 69.06%. Flavonoids content of the sample was 2. 8mg·mL^-1 ,with α-glucosidase inhibitory rate of 23.09%. The DPPH and OH radical scavenging activity of sample were better than the inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase in the test concentration range. CONCLUSION The study will provide experimental datas for medicinal value of Caragana sinica.
