HPLC法测定养血调经合剂中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Yangxuetiaojing Mixture by HPLC

目的建立养血调经合剂中芍药苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法采用Inertsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷浓度在0.629~62.949μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1.0000);加样回收率平均98.16%,RSD为0.56%(n=9)。结论该方法操作易行,快速准确,可用于养血调经合剂中芍药苷的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determining Paeoniflorin in Yangxuntiaojing mixture by HPLC. METHODS Using Inertsil Cls column （4. 6mm×200mm, 5μm） used chromatographic column. Mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （ 15：85 ）. The flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. Detection wavelength was 230nm. RESULTS There was a good linearity of the range of the Paeoniflorin concentration between 0. 629μg·m L^-1 and 62. 949μg·m L^-1 （r = 1. 0000）. The average recovery rate was 98. 16% ,and RSD was 0, 56% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and it is suitable for the determination of Paeoniflorin in Yangxuntiaojing mixture.
