摘要
考虑市场需求不确定,以废弃电子产品为对象,构建了三种双渠道回收模式下闭环供应链模型,给出了各自求解的优化条件。比较了三种回收模式下回收定价、回收量、利润的最优解,并分析了双回收渠道竞争系数对不同模式下最优解的影响。研究表明:随着m2值增大,三种回收模式下,回收定价、回收量最优解变化趋势一致。随着m2值增大,三种回收模式下,利润最优解变化趋势不尽一致:制造商利润在三种回收模式下均增加;零售商利润在MR和RTP模式下逐渐减少,在MTP模式下保持不变;第三方回收商利润在MTP和RTP模式下均减少;但在三种回收模式下闭环供应链总利润均增加。
Considering the uncertain demand,three kinds of double-channel recycling closed-loop remanufacturing supply chain models for waste electronic products are constructed.The optimal conditions for solving are given respectively in this paper.Then,it compares the optimal solution of recycling price,recycling quantity and profit in three models.Further,it analyzes how the solutions are affected by double recycling channels competition coefficient in three models.The results indicate that:with the increase of m2,the change trend of the optimal solutions for recycling price and recycling quantity are consistent in three models.With the increase of m2,the change trend of the optimal solutions for profit are not all consistent in three models:the manufacturer's profit increases in three models;the retailer's profit gradually reduces in MR and RTP models,while remains unchanged in MTP model;the third party's profit gradually reduces in MTP and RTP models;nevertheless the total profit of closed-loop supply chain increases in three models.
