益气活血方治疗老年气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期的疗效观察

Efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treating cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

目的探讨益气养阴活血方治疗老年气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期的疗效及。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月我院住院治疗的120例气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病合并脑梗死恢复期患者为研究对象,随机分为常规西医治疗的对照组（60例）与自拟益气活血方联合西医治疗的观察组（60例）,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组ESS、FMA及BI评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后观察组FBG、2 hPG、HbA_1c改善情况优于对照组（均P〈0.05）。结论益气活血方治疗老年气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病脑梗死恢复期安全有效,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction on the recovery of cerebral infarction in type 2 diabetic patients with senile Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016. The patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 60） and control group（ n = 60）. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the scores of ESS,FMA and BI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The improvement of FBG,2 hPG and HbA_1c in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of senile Qi deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction.
