直驱式电子轴凹版彩印机控制系统设计

摘要 本文介绍了基于电子轴传动系统的工作原理和系统特性,结合电子轴凹版印刷机的控制要求和控制难点,得到的直驱式电子轴传动控制系统总体设计方案。该方案利用智能自适应PD控制器计算所有驱动装置的设定值,并控制驱动装置作速度与位置同步旋转,解决印版辊的同步与张力控制,从而实现精准的动态张力与套印控制。 This paper introduces the overall design scheme of the direct drive electronic shaft drive control system that based on the working principle and system characteristics of the electronic shaft drive system, as well as combineing with the control requirements and difficulties Of the electronic axis gravure printing machine.The program uses the intelligent adaptive PD controller to calculate the setting value of all the driving devices and controls the speed and position of the drive device to rotate synchronously to solve the synchronization and tension control of the printing plate roller, thus realizing the precise dynamic tension and overprint control.
