摘要
介绍了采用漏磁与射线数字实时成像检测技术对钢芯铝绞线进行检测的方法,应用该技术可对钢芯铝绞线在安装过程中进行质量检测。在对钢芯铝绞线进行漏磁检测并发现缺陷后,再用射线数字实时成像检测技术对缺陷进行成像复验,结果表明:采用漏磁检测与射线数字成像检测联合的方法可对钢芯铝绞线进行缺陷的定性和定量检测。
A combined detection based on magnetic flux leakage and DDR（Direct Digital Radiography）for quality assurance during ACSR（Aluminum Conductors Steel-Reinforced）installation was put forward in this paper.First the system uses magnetic flux leakage method to detect the steel core,and then it uses DDR to review the defects.The results show that the magnetic flux leakage and X-ray digital imaging testing method can be used in qualitative and quantitative detection of the steel rainforced aluminum bunched wires.
