提高铁路铺架速度的措施研究

Study on Measures of Improving Railway Laying Speed

针对铺架工程特点和项目进度管理的重要作用,为提高铺架速度,使项目尽早投入运营,从宏观管理和微观操作两方面对提高铺架施工速度进行方法和措施探讨,再结合以往铺架施工中采取的有效措施进行了汇总和提炼,技术可行,并在社会效益和经济性方面也能带来较大益处,该措施在铺架项目应用和检验后效果较好,对铺架施工组织有借鉴作用。

For the characteristics of laying engineering and its important roles in the progress of the project management, in order to improve the railway laying speed and help the project put into operation as soon as possible, this paper discussed the methods and measures of improving railway laying speed from the two aspects of macro management and micro operation. Combined with the summary and refining the effective measures taken in the previous laying construction, it was proved to be feasible and could bring greater benefits in the social and economic aspects, the measures were well applied and inspected in railway laying project, which would be served as reference for the laying construction organization.
